JAIME BARRETT

I call Portland, Oregon home. I've moved around a bit, from Montreal to Vancouver, where I graduated from Emily Carr University of Art + Design. It's the experiences elsewhere that I typically find have largely influenced my formation as a graphic designer and how I view the world. Even in the small traveling stints you find you've taken a piece of different cultures and fit them inside of you somewhere. Vancouver has been a space to allow me to think about art, culture and design — how they overlap and relate. With that behind me, I am continuing to pursue what I love: design, typography and concept.
